Orders are prepared and shipped from the warehouse in the Netherlands. The delivery time and costs depend on the specific arrangements for preparing the order, the mode of delivery that is selected and the destination.
As specified above, the delivery times are indicated in business days (Monday through Friday, apart from public holidays)
These delivery times do not take into account preparation of the order; therefore, an additional day is to be added for any order placed after 2:00 p.m. (GMT+1h). Any order placed before 2:00 p.m. (GMT+1h) will be processed during that day (Excluding UK orders).
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Europe are processed only on the following Monday or business day. Also, during certain periods, particularly during sales and inventories or during periods of unusually heavy demand, as an exception, the delivery times may be somewhat longer than normal.
The warehouse extends its best effort to comply with the specified time limits; however, it shall not be held responsible for delays imputable to the shippers.
Under no circumstance shall the warehouse be held responsible for any late delivery due to erroneous or incomplete indications of the address.
No delivery will be made in the following territories:
- The Canaries, the Balearic Islands, and the enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla, the Principality of Andorre,
- The French Overseas departments and Territories (presently the Overseas Departments and Regions, the overseas communities and French Polynesia), Corsica, the Principality of Monaco,
- The Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
- The Island of Madeira and Açores.
